Drink to the Past Episode 14: Terrible E3 Predictions!

This week we bet our livers on E3! With tons of predictions from myself and Chris, plus Crow (TGPZ) and Sebastion (Hidden Pixels Podcast) join us, and make some wild and unprecedented guesses at what E3 holds this year! Also most of the news circles around video game movies this week, including the potential Knights of the old Republic film, the Sonic movie changes, and Playstation Productions. The tabletop scene has some great news as well, and we go into our thoughts on Elder Scrolls: Call to Arms. We are excited to delve into the possibilities for this game, and share our hopes and worries!

Today we start with some fan topics from Hick and Red of Two Guys Playing Zelda, then we have a lengthy discussion about gamed that DESPERATELY need a remake on current gen consoles, and I forgot to say Golden Sun. This week we chose several beer styles to pair with different video game genres and have a discussion about why exactly class skills are a bad mechanic in 3.5 DnD. After that, our fan topic was inspired by a YouTuber called Triple Jump, where we create a team of video game characters to take on Thanos! Drink to the Past Episode 7, Technical Errors force us to create a new RPG system on the fly!

We tried to record video and audio this week, but due to technical difficulties we got NEITHER! So we quickly recapped what we talked about for the hour or so of lost footage and designed a new tabletop system on the fly. Not what we had in mind, but it made for a unique and fun conversation!
